I can't say enough nice things about this place!! Our room was very clean! Bianca at the front desk provided exceptional customer service! She was very friendly and helpful! All the staff was nice and friendly. This will be the place I stay every time I go to Ocean City.

I couldn't have been more pleased with this gem!! Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was available if needed, but we didn't need it. Pool was right outside my first floor door. Loved having the ability to save money and cook breakfast at the room with the electric stove top. Staff was very kind and helpful. I'll be staying here again next year!!!

Love the place, we were coming here multiple times and this year as well. Located right next to the beach, reasonably priced as well. Rooms are refreshed, pool is available. Wifi is available. Definitely recommend

Location was great. Room was great too. Cleaning staff amazing. But poop in the pool & they closed it but no sign-my son jumped in & wasn't told until a few minutes AFTER he jumped in that they were trying to 'contain' the poop. Lastly, RUDELY another room decided at 246AM to blare music. We tried to nicely ask them to stop but they yelled at my husband who just got abruptly awoken from their music. Music carried on until 330AM- guy at checkout at 530AM stated he was walking around at 2AM and all was peaceful and quiet. No sir...you were sleeping while on duty (I just woke him to checkout). Plus he stated that IF we had called his cell phone while the music was playing he might have been able to stop it but not in the morning he 'couldn't do anything for us'. Wow....not again.

Parking lot is across the street. Loading and unloading zone in front. They do not take discover card. Check in took a bit longer for us trying to find a credit card that would work. We rented a room with two queens and a kitchenette. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Furniture was newer. Beds were clean comfortable. Vinyl flooring. Kitchen had decent dishes utensils. Nothing crazy but decent for sure. They had done some updates in the bathroom. Not brand new. I’d give it an a for effort though. Only one elevator. The pool is small but it’s well kept. We had zero issues with the staff. Housekeeping was very adequate. A nice view of the bay we didn’t expect from our balcony. Nice location boardwalk and beach are close.

Unfortunately my stay here was HORRIBLE! The rooms are ok however My TV didn’t work they refused to change my room they replaced it with an old style very small TV which took up extra space. We lost water everyday we were there my Son had to wait 10 minutes to wash shampoo out of his hair due to the water being shut off mid shower with no warning! They refuses to give me any type of refund and made excuses for every problem. I would never stay here again!
